Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BARUBT. We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and all 27 countries of the European Union.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (not on weekends or public holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days after shipping. Delivery to the United States usually takes 7–9 business days. Remote areas, customs checks, carrier delays, weather or peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders of 2 or more jars. For single-jar orders, the shipping rate for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

European Union: import VAT is paid before your order ships, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Other countries: any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Depending on your country's rules, your local customs office may charge additional import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Address errors

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at support@trybarub.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check around your property and with neighbors, then contact us at support@trybarub.com and we will help with the next steps.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
